Holy Trinity Church, Heworth

Our local Parish Church, Holy Trinity, sits a mere 100m way from the front door of the school and is as much a part of our school as our school community is.

Our Vicar, Mike Perkins, his wife, Emma, and members of the Parish Church Committee (PCC) are integral in supporting the school flourish academically, spiritually and culturally. MIke sits on our LGC along with other foundation governors local to our Parish and we have families who are parishioners of the Church itself. The latter host regular prayer meetings within out school grounds fortnightly on a Wednesday.

As you would expect, we also host Collective Worship at Holy Trinity, particularly at special times within the liturgical calendar.
