Heworth CE Primary School is part of a local Shared Foundation Partnership known as ‘The East’. The East is made up of local primary schools, feeder nurseries, pre-schools and child minders. The East SFP meets termly to discuss current matters, to moderate and to continue to develop smooth, effective transition across the settings. High quality, good practice is shared and strengths within the partnership are identified to enable the schools and nurseries to support one another effectively.
